We specialize in performing Borrower Interviews, also known as "field calls"  or "door knocks." This is an affordable and effective collection method which may be utilized by mortgage lenders, banks, consumer finance companies, auto finance companies, or any other type of creditor. 
 
When a Borrower Interview is requested, a field agent will promptly be sent to your debtor's address to perform the following tasks:

 

  • Face to Face Contact - Our field agent will convey an urgent message to call you to discuss and resolve their account.
  • Verification of Occupancy - Our field agent will verify the debtor's address and occupancy of the residence.
  • Physical Presence - By sending our field agent to speak with your debtor in person, a higher repayment priority and sense of urgency is added.
  • Account Update - Our field agent will request updated personal information from your debtor, such as employment info, telephone numbers, and financial status.
  • Notice - Our field agents primarly attempt Borrower Interviews during evenings and weekends in hopes of finding your debtor at home, however, if nobody is home at the time of our visit, a customized sealed letter can be left for your debtor informing them that a field agent visited their home and requesting them to contact you to discuss their account.
 
Our field agents are always professionaly dressed, courteous, and respectful. The goal of this service is not to intimidate or harrass the debtor, but rather convey a sense of urgency and gain their cooperation, ultimately resulting in successul resolution and collection of your debt.
